BBQ plans

Happy Mothers Day to all those in the US and Canada and anywhere else that may be celebrating today.
That goes for all those who are ill or may have passed away since last mothers day who will still hold a special place in our lives.
I had the greatest day yesterday but will explain that tomorrow when I do a full weekend round up.
But now, I just want to say I am following in the great British of over-catering for a family barbecue.
So far I have prepared:
- Spicy Chicken Wings.
Quiche.
Pork pies.
Mediterranean Style Cous Cous.
Spicy Cous Cous.
Lightly buttered new potatoes with mint, parsley and black pepper.
Mixed Salad.
Homemade Coleslaw.
All that done before 9am. Phew. And a very hot morning at that.
That is not taking into account the 12 burgers in the freezer (and rolls) and the 16 sausages in the fridge. I'd be happy with just the salad and coleslaw personally. Then there's the Dorito's and salsa and the peanuts, all the sauces and relishes.
All for 4 adults - Possibly 5 if my brother comes along before work - and 1 child.
I won't need much in for dinner before Thursday.
Now to finish I will do one of these as I haven't for a while.
